# Tokenomics

The Hypnus project introduces two types of tokens: HYP and NUS. HYP serves as the governance token with a total supply of 100 million. It is used in governance voting and can be minted through private sales, public sales, airdrops, and by burning Hypnus NFTs. NUS, on the other hand, is the utility token with an initial supply of 10 billion, which can be used for activating features such as blind boxes, activating mining NFTs, etc.
