Governance Participants:

NFT holders: Users obtain voting rights by staking specific NFTs, which may represent contributions to the Hypnus community, engagement levels, or other significant attributes.

HYP holders: Vote using the platform's governance token, HYP, ensuring that voters are invested in and have a stake in the platform.

Governance Committee: Elected by the community to review proposals, oversee their implementation, and ensure the fairness and transparency of the governance processes.

Technical team: Responsible for platform development and maintenance, may propose technical governance issues but do not participate directly in voting.
